Open up your sheet make sure your creases are neat and cut down half way on your top middle fold. Very carefully begin to pop the heart up and fold the card in two. This is a really cool project. Trace the big heart stencil on construction paper. One of the red hearts will need to be folded in half and glued on the side that has the diagonal fold.

If you are working wihtout our template, I recommend folding a sheet of construction paper in half and cutting out the heart. Attach double sided tape to the back of one side your heart card, acorn or use a glue stick. Make sure your card is still resting on a flat surface and s-l-o-w-l-y fold the top of the card inwards and the bottom half of the heart should begin to push out. And close the card for the glue to set.
